1. Using VHAVU
You may use VHAVU only if you can lawfully enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. If you use VHAVU for a minor or invite a minor into a family space, you are responsible for the permissions and supervision required by applicable law.
2. Your account and family space
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Family invitations should be sent only to people you are authorized to invite. Do not use VHAVU to access, track, contact, or monitor another person without appropriate permission.
3. Location, safety and emergency features
Location sharing and family safety tools are designed to support everyday awareness. They are not a substitute for emergency services, professional monitoring, medical care, law enforcement, or your own judgment. Device settings, connectivity, battery, GPS availability, permissions and third-party services can affect accuracy and availability.
4. Communications and user content
You remain responsible for messages, photos, videos, profile information and other content you choose to share through VHAVU. You may not use the service for unlawful surveillance, fraud, abuse, malware, or content that violates another person’s rights.
5. Third-party services
Some VHAVU features depend on third-party platforms such as mapping, notifications, app stores, communications, payment, authentication or connected-device providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect specific features.
6. Paid features
If VHAVU offers subscriptions or paid features, the price and billing period will be shown before purchase. App-store purchases are also subject to the applicable store’s billing and cancellation rules. We may change future pricing or plan features with appropriate notice.
7. Service changes and availability
We may improve, add, remove, limit or discontinue features as VHAVU evolves. We work to provide a reliable service, but no online or mobile service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Privacy
Your use of VHAVU is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Privacy controls, consent and family sharing choices are central to how the product is designed.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, enforce these terms, or protect the service. You may stop using VHAVU at any time and may request account deletion through our account deletion page.
10. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VHAVU is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any applicable liability limits will be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer-protection law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a new version is published. Material changes will receive additional notice when required.
